I’m a future NPC bodybuilding competitor and personal trainer at Fitness 19. I believe the sponsorship will help me stay on track even better so I can really hit my goals. I’m also a full time student at SJSU
What separates you from other applicants?
I am strictly motivated by my father, who passed away 3 years ago today. He was super into fitness/nutrition and always wanted me to get into it too but I didn’t listen to him at the time. I was really overweight and hated working out when he was around. The day he passed I got myself into the gym and had the hardest work out in my entire life. That’s when my fitness journey began, and it’s still my motivation every single day
Do you currently compete in any sports?
I prepped for my first bodybuilding show at the beginning of this year, but didn’t get as lean as I wanted to so I decided to wait. I will be attempting the same show in May of 2017
What are your fitness goals for the rest of 2016?
I bulked for the last 3-4 months after show prepping earlier this year, and put on a ton of good size with minimal fat gain. Now for the rest of the year I’d like to do a slow and steady cut to get more of this fat off while preserving the muscle I’ve gained. That way when I start my prep in January, I’ll be starting at a really good place and can be shredded by show time! Specifically, this year I’d like to drop from 235 to 220

What is your favorite healthy meal, and favorite exercise?
Chicken, Broccoli, and either white rice or a sweet potato. DB pull overs for the lats! and heavy squats

This sponsorship would help me so much because being full time in school and commuting, working 5 days a week, and lifting 7 days a week, meal prepping tends to get prioritized less. You guys would be helping out a broke college student financially and relieving so much stress from me that I already deal with day by day just by allowing some meals to be ready to go. I also find the only times I stray off my diet is when I don’t have meals ready, so with your help I’ll definitely be smashing my fitness goals this year
