Currently, we deliver locally within most of the bay area and ship overnight anywhere outside of our local delivery areas.

Notifications: Once the delivery driver is en route, you will receive a text message with an ETA and a link that allows you to view the location of the driver on a map.
There is no minimum to pickup your meals or for local delivery. However, we do request a 6 meal minimum on all overnight shipment orders.
On average, meals cost between $10 – $15 but can vary depending on portion size & menu selections. All perishable meals produced by LoCal Foodz are non-taxable.
All meals are labeled with a 4-day expiration date from the time they were cooked. We do not recommend freezing the meals.
No, you will have to check out separately for each day you want to receive your meals.

Yes! All of LoCal Foodz containers are recyclable. Please recycle responsibly.
At this time we do not create meal plans, but we are more than happy to refer you to a nutritionist/trainer. Please email all Meal Plan inquires to firstname.lastname@example.org

Orders that have already been made may be subject to no refund. If you receive food that is incorrectly made, please contact us within 24 hours for an exchange, refund or credit. All exchange, refund or credit requests will be subject to our sole discretion. If you would like to make changes to an order that has already been placed, please contact us 48 hours ahead of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Order cancellations within 48 hours of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time, will only be refunded 50%(incl. tax) of the purchased amount. Order cancellations within 24 hours of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time will not be issued any refund.
Have you checked the temperature of your refrigerator? In order to keep food out of the Danger Zone, your fridge must be set between 32-40° F (0-4 degrees Celsius).
