Our kitchen is located at 1001 Howard Avenue, San Mateo, California. This is also our “Pick-up” Location. We also have additional “free” pick-up locations with partnering stores, click here for that info.

Currently, we deliver within 40 miles from our kitchen (1001 Howard Avenue San Mateo, Ca.).

Notifications: Once the delivery driver is en route, you will receive a text message with an ETA and a link that allows you to view the location of the driver on a map.
There is no minimum to pickup your meals directly from our kitchen. However, we do request a $30 minimum on all delivery orders.
Meals range from $4.99 to $20. All perishable meals produced by LoCal Foodz are non-taxable.
All meals are labeled with a 4-day expiration date from the time they were cooked. If you do not plan on eating all of your meals within 4 days, you can split your order and get them delivered on different days throughout the week so that you always have fresh meals. We do not recommend freezing the meals.
No, you can split your order over multiple days, weeks, or even months. To split your order use the “Receive my Meals on multiple days” option at checkout, choose the number of days you want to split your order into, allocate yours meals, elect dates for each split, and choose pick-up or delivery for each split.

Yes! All of LoCal Foodz containers are recyclable. Please recycle responsibly.

Please choose carefully. Orders that have already been made may be subject to no refund. If you receive food that is incorrectly made, please contact us within 24 hours for an exchange, refund or credit. All exchange, refund or credit requests will be subject to our sole discretion. If you would like to make changes to an order that has already been placed, please contact us 48 hours ahead of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time. Order cancellations within 48 hours of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time, will only be refunded 50%(incl. tax) of the purchased amount. Order cancellations within 24 hours of the first scheduled delivery or pick-up time will not be issued any refund.
Have you checked the temperature of your refrigerator? In order to keep food out of the Danger Zone, your fridge must be set between 32-40° F (0-4 degrees Celsius).
